RATES
All rates quoted by Romantic-Weddings.com, a division of Bali.com Ltd, are in American US Dollars. Rates quoted as shown on the web site. Rates include the services of a Romantic-wedding.com wedding organizer to meet guests at the Jimbaran Wedding Boutique to explain all wedding details two days before the event and to escort the couple during the wedding ceremony.

Also included is the use of an air-conditioned car with a reliable driver for pick up from and return to the hotel for the pre-wedding meeting and the wedding day.

NOT INCLUDED / EXTRA CHARGE

• There is an extra charge of USD100 for Saturday, Sunday and public holiday weddings.
• There will be an extra charge if the wedding venue is not in SOUTH Bali (Kuta, Sanur, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran).

RESERVATION AND PAYMENTS
A 35% Deposit is required to be paid together with the completed Wedding Reservation Form and must be received by Romantic-Weddings.com before a Confirmation can be issued. Final payment consisting of the remaining balance must be received by Romantic-Weddings.com at least 60 days prior to the wedding date (or together with the Reservation Form if booked less than 60 days in advance of the wedding date). Failure to make the final payment on a timely basis will make reservations subject to automatic cancellation.

All rates are quoted in US dollars; however, in case of payment by credit card, local regulations require that all charges are made in Indonesian Rupiah converted at the rate of exchange applied by Indonesian banks for selling US dollars on the day of the debit. Any subsequent refunds will be based on the amount and currency actually received by Romantic-Weddings.com.

Although you may "lose" 2% to 4% because of these currency conversions, payment by credit card gives you valuable safeguards: in the unlikely case that anything should go wrong and you have a justified claim, you can always request a refund through your credit card company. The fact that Romantic-Weddings.com's charges are processed by all major credit card companies demonstrates Romantic-Weddings.com's good track record. All credit card issuers would refuse to do business with Romantic-Weddings.com if this would create any problems for them.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND
Cancellation of a booking will result in forfeiture of deposit(s) and payments made.

LIABILITY
Romantic-Weddings.com acts only as agent for the suppliers and/or contractors who are providing accommodation, transport, and services. Under no circumstances shall Romantic-Weddings.com be responsible for any loss, expense, damage, claim or injury either directly or indirectly, consequential or otherwise whatsoever, however caused or incurred, whether arising in contract or otherwise in law or equity as a result of rendering of the services as described or substituted, or by reason of terrorist or military action, riots, revolution, insurgency, civil war, adverse government action or inaction or acts of God, or by any agents, employees, subcontractors, servants or third parties whatsoever supplying any of the services herein or as substituted. If any services are substituted, Romantic-Weddings.com will act at all times in good faith and use its best efforts to substitute with services of a type comparable to or better than those originally contracted. Romantic-Weddings.com at their sole and unfettered discretion reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any person(s) and/or to rescind any contract for services.
